Boxabl produces modular, foldable homes.

Its flagship product, the “Casita,” is assembled and delivered as a shipping container. It then unfolds to reveal a twenty-foot by twenty-foot studio apartment, complete with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, and HVAC.

Boxabl has filed for more than forty patents covering its technology. And its investors include D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI), the largest home builder in the U.S.

The company has built more than 600 homes and has close to 200,000 customers on its waitlist. It now aims to create a "Boxzilla Factory" to serve as the world's largest, most advanced housing factory.
